very helpful and nice sfaff, comfortable apartments, perfect location - close to Termini, but no noise at all, services are good, breakfast tasty and full. ... 别人怎么说 » hotels go this was huge. I was surprised I did not except the nice breakfast nor a decent size room . Most hotel rooms in rome are tiny . there is usally one foot between the wall and the bed. . This had two feet. The hotel is clean and very nice.

The room was very nice, including a queen size bed. The surrounding view
of the Forum and Colosseum from the roof top patio was the best. You
just could not beat having free breakfast in the morning or a a glass of
wine in the evening and then go to the street level and be right there
in the center of Rome with reasonable priced restaurants (thanks to the
near by college) and all the historic sites.

The location is excellent and the service was friendly and top-notch.
This is a guest-house consisting of half a floor in an older building,
not a hotel, so don't expect hotel services. The location can't
be beat and the price is right. It was one of the few places I could
find in central Rome that had American-sized king beds.
