  The staff were extremely helpful and the location was very convenient. This is an excellent budget hotel even though it is located five floors up in a building with several other hotels.   We really liked the way of the attitudes of the hotel staff. They we really polite and friendly. the location is 10 minute walk to the Roma Termini also every day when we came to the hotel, we found our room clean.   The hotel location is great, very close to the Termini station, which is super easy to use both line A and B subways. The area is also pretty safe as well. The hotel owner - Polo is super nice. The hotel facility is very simple, but good enough for most travelers. The hotel is actually in the 4 floor, and has a small elevator. The manager, Paolo was very polite and showed us around, I would recommend this hotel to everyone, it doesn't have much facilities but its a nice, clean room , and provides the basics.
