  We wanted to be near to La Scala as we had tix, and were delighted by the hotel: it was clean, comfortable, served an excellent breakfast and all the staff were helpful and friendly.   Loved this hotel! Our room was very spacious and beautifully furnished. A good walk to main shopping strip. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the breakfast room is fun and quite different to other city hotels.   What's not to like? The design of the hotel defies to usual luxury hotels' boring design. The rooms are designed to be cosy, and it definitely is. The rooms were appropriately lit, the TV had wide range of channels and the interior décor was just amazing. Bed was big and comfy with 2 pillows each. The porters were very helpful in the lugga - the hotel is the best i like every thing staff is very polite ,helpfull in reception earea thiey know how to deal with customer they smile & welo=come all the time even if they guide us to visit place in milan or other round city they ask about feed back if we inerested or not they take care of small details to keep us confort & enjoy..food is delicious ..hotel location is amazing next to all famous brand & gallria only ten minutes walking ..room design is amazing i like flower prin
