Sal was absolutely terrific answering questions before we arrived and then while there - and holding our luggage for part of the day. The breakfast was the best one during our trip to Italy since it was a variety of freshly cooked foods and not pre-packaged breads. A very comfortable firm bed! We were luckily enough to be given a "suite" room at a "sweet" cost! The location is superb, the coffee shops and gelatari near by are awesome. Strolling from the hotel to the Vatican or across to the river is perfect. Situated in a smart area that is quiet and convenient for buses. Location ideal for pleasant evening strolls. Many fine restaurants close by. Nice to start the day with a very good breakast with very varied choice to suit all requirements and tastes. Overall just excellant value.

Very interesting location.. I couldnt believe my eyes that it views
'the colloseum'. I'm relieved that I did not choose to stay
at the Termini.. Because in terms of transportation, it didnt make any
difference... This place offers everything, surrounded by
archeological/ historical tourist attraction, convenient shop, taxi
just infront of your door step, bus stop and sightseeing bus just 200
meters away, restaurants... And most importantly, u can just lie down on
the bed and watch the colleseum

We loved that this area was where the locals lived as the restaurants were so much better and cheaper than in the city circle. - Everything was perfect from the start at this little hotel, although I don't know if calling it a hotel if accurate, as it's more like having your own apartment. It was within walking distance of everything in the city, very clean and stylish, and Valentina was very helpful and friendly to us. Although you don't have the same facilities as in a regular hotel, I think it's a perfect place to stay and discover Rome.

The staff were excellent. We were a bit cold in our room and they came within 20 minute to turn up the heat and to turn up the water heat as well. The staff was very punctual, breakfasts were delivered on time, and they were flexible with our checkout as we had a later flight. The room was in a brilliant location--we walked everywhere. We highly recommend it.
