Especially the co-owner Valeria who went out of her way to secure my luggage from another hotel for me while I was away and got them delivered to Bourbon.   We got an upgrade to an excellent room. The staff were extremely nice and helped us with our Italian. Barbara was especially nice and made our reservation at the Borgese gallery. Everything was excellent and the staff could not have been better. - very nice, good location, excellent breakfast although they should reduce the charge for children

  I liked the fact that it was close to the subway station termini, and from there you could take any transport and reach any place of Rome, I liked Mrs. Aurora currently managing the hostel, which was very nice with us and gave us valuable guidance and a map about where the food is good and how to get to places visited on foot or by metro. I recommend from my heart! - First of all,the friendly lady called Aurora, that took care of everything in this B&B,was very kind and extra-helpful.She answered nearly every question we had about the city and gave us anything we asked for concerning the room. As for our room, it was very spacious and nicely decorated and it had a large bathroom with shower. It was certainly clean. The breakfast was adequate and enriched with freshly-made croissants by Mrs Aurora!
