I booked a single room, but there was none available, so they upgraded me for the same price which was already very modest, that was really nice!   very helpful and nice sfaff, comfortable apartments, perfect location - close to Termini, but no noise at all, services are good, breakfast tasty and full. Generally comparing to the other hotels where I've been - one of the best for quality/price. I was surprised I did not except the nice breakfast nor a decent size room . Most hotel rooms in rome are tiny . there is usally one foot between the wall and the bed. . This had two feet. The hotel is clean and very nice.

  I would absolutely recommend this hotel to all the guests. The hotel "Villa Patrizi" is very good situated, not far from the Termini railway station. The location is very nice and quiet, what as I've heard is not typical for Italy. The staff was always super friendly, the breakfast was good and our room was just fantastic. What you spend on taxis is more than compensated by the hotel rooms being much cheaper than city centre ones. This hotel is a real find!
