My colleagues and I have been using it as the "base camp" for our after work walks, as most of Rome's interesting places are at arms length, more so if you enjoy a walk after a long work day. Walking distance to most of the sights. A tram station and bus station is right in front of the building. Across the street are all the restaurants, bars and shops of Trastevere. You don't feel like a tourist, but living like the current Romans do. The building is actually an apartment building. The room was rather big for the center of Rome and newly renovated.
