  Everything. This was one of the best places we stayed at during our European trip. The design and facilities were fantastic, it was quiet, clean and the staff were absolutely amazing. The bathroom is faced with marble tiles and looks very beautiful. But what makes this B&B really a gem and definitely a place - The room was very nice, including a queen size bed. The surrounding view of the Forum and Colosseum from the roof top patio was the best. You just could not beat having free breakfast in the morning or a a glass of wine in the evening and then go to the street level and be right there in the center of Rome with reasonable priced restaurants (thanks to the near by college) and all the historic sites.

  A wonderful apartment hotel. There is no reception or 24/7 staff, but if you enjoy privacy this is the place for you. A view of the coloseum at such a price is just a miracle. It is conviniently located near two metro stops. The owners are very nice and hospitable.   It was a good location but difficult to find. We needed better directions since no one we asked and our gps were not helpful in finding the street address.
