Very friendly and made you feel like you were at home. Very good transport connections, you can get to the Colosseum in about 20 min on the metro which is about a 5 min walk from the hotel. We had an issue with the shower and when we mentioned this, it was fixed by the time we arrived back in the evening. Very pleased and highly recommendable. -

The B&B was in the neigbourhood of the Colosseum, 10 minutes by foot, so we could reach everything easily. Our host was very firendly, helped so much when we arrived. We got city map, explanation, every useful information. The room was always clean. The kitchen was with full of equipment for a home made meal. And there were tea, coffe, cereal

Good location, away from the tourists but not far from the attractions. Room very clean and all the appliances were of a modern and high standard. Great kitchen with everything one would need. Very comfortable stay and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great hotel. Would not hesitate in staying here again. Especially during the colder months where I found the room lovely and warm.

An appartment converted into 4 separate rooms, with 2 bathrooms. Free parking is possible in the streats around the building (maybe 5 min walk). 10 min walk to the Colosseum and to the closest metro station. Free WI-FI was excelent. The owner Massiomo is a very nice guy. Good value for money!
