Bathroom clean and amenities were included. We had room with small balcony, we found that very romantic especially during breakfast as they are served to your room. Everything was perfect and we would recommend this hotel and would stay again for sure.

  I liked the fact that the staff was quite proficient in the English Language. There were no communication barriers whatsoever. The location is conveniently located near the Termini Station, which makes for easy access to all the important sites inside the city, no matter if you chose to walk or to take a bus.   Wonderful and friendly service, always helped us find our way in Rome, aswered all of our questions, they gave us an adapter for our chargers, and even watched our luggage after we checked out :) Hotel is situated 1 minute from Termini station - from this station you can get around Rome very easly (same with coming back to hotel - from almost ever... 别人怎么说 » y place in the city). Our double room No 212 was spacious, clean and very comfortable, facing inner yard, thus quite at night. Do not expect sea views as it is centre located hotel, however Termini (central railway and bus station) is just 5 min away. No breakfast, but we did not need it and there are plenty of bars/pasticeries where you can have cappucino with freshly baked pastries/snacks. I would like to say special thanks to Ruslan at reception, who speaks English

  i) For starters, Fawlty Towers is really close to Termini Station and this is quite an advantage for the average tourist who wishes to have quick and easy access to most of the city's areas. ii) Our room was cleaned and taken care of every day. The lobby and breakfast room are on the 5th floor. There are several other hotels on lower floors, which looked more upscale. Fawlty Towers is quite spartan with no frills, but the price was right.
