  Near station but in a quiet environment, big room and good facilities (very new) with a reasonable price, would like to recommend it! - Good location, near Termini, friendly staff, very clean room with big bathroom. It was simply to find the hotel. Highly recommended!

  This bed&breakfast is well located within walking distance to Termini (main railway station) and very good (direct) connections to E.G. the Vatican. The place offers very clean rooms which are made every day and it looks like it was renovated not long ago as our room and the bathroom were really clean. Renato made me feel like host day in a hime stay..will definitely recommend to my fdz!!

Even though there were one or two things I wasn't crazy about the location is good and it has a great little restaurant on one side and a market on the other. Walking distance to Termini Station, the metro stops, and to Coliseum. Desk staff was very helpful via emails before our arrival and during the stay.

All in all- great hotel for a reasonable price. - The hotel is really smart, and not only in the name :) Everything is built to make your stay comfortable: good soundproof windows to sleep well, personal airco and wifi (individual hotspot per room!), very good equiped bathroom, comfy bed! Breakfast is also very nice: tasty omlet, crispy bacon, fresh salads, yoghurts and homemade cakes and pastry. Stayed in 10+ hotels in Rome, and this one is definitely a good value for money.

The breakfast of the hotel was indeed american and full. The personal was gently and helpfull. Also the location is perfect for tourists because it was only 5min walk from Termini and we can use bus, metro or even trains. We bought a ticket of 11.00 euro per person which is valid for 3 days for bus metro and urban railway and it worth its money.
