  The location of the hotel is very convenient, just 10' walk away from Termini and 70m away from the nearest metro station.   The location is perfect - close to the city centre, within reach of main sights on foot. Also Termini station is in vicinity, so it's comfortable to arrive from Fiumicino by train or bus. Staff was very welcoming and friendly, the room was quite clean, spacious - even for two, the facilities worked properly, so - Very good room with only 3 beds. The environment is very quiet. The breakfast is good. The staff are great ! The hot water works perfectly and the shower is good.But the location is inside a building, which i search for a while in the rain. But it's near the train station.Be careful when you alone. The train station is not safe in the evening. Just bring the address with you.Thanks a lot. Strongly recommend.
