Especially the co-owner Valeria who went out of her way to secure my luggage from another hotel for me while I was away and got them delivered to Bourbon.   The hotel was clean. Room was big enough for the two of us and was quiet. The lady who managed the hotel was very nice and friendly.   I stayed at the hotel for an entire week and I have no complaints! The location is excellent, close to 3 metro stations, buses pratically in front of the hotel! Also, you can get to several touristic attractions walking! I stayed at the single room and the size was excellent, ensuite bathroom and very, very clean! The owners went overboard to make you feel at home and answered our many questions with knowledge and added their own little bits to make it a great experience. as for the location it was great within walking distance of the central bus/train station. Its location is in a very safe and convineint quarter - 10 min. on foot to Termini and to the city centre. There are bus stops nearby to the main Rome attractions, eventhough you can reach them on foot. The owner is very polite and helpful. You can rely on him for every question you have.He gives you a map and routes on it, even without asking for this. The rooms were not big, but very comfortable. Break
