  I would suggest to any of my friends who do not need a luxury hotel to enjoy themselves to stay here.i only need a clean room with a good hot shower as I was out and about most of the day.we had plenty of hot water,room was very quite,and the beds were actually good for my back! You can walk to everything from here because it's such a central location. There are lots of restaurants and cafes everywhere. The room was nice and quiet at night. We liked the open courtyards with the pretty flowers. We were on the second floor and it was a little hard hauling our luggage up those steps. There was a lift but we didn't see any guests using it, only staff. Otherwise great hotel!

  This hotel is located in the middle of everything. We could walk to any of the sights we wanted to see. It is only a block of Piazza Navona, which has lots of great restaurants and is a stunning area.   Excellent location in the heart of Rome, very good price for high season. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Standard Italian breakfast with lovely croissants, ask for a fresh coffee, not from the machine. We asked for first floor rooms and got them.   I have stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. Usually when I travel with groups or solo, the hotels are 4 stars but when I have chosen this hotel I was totally right that the hotel is clean and the breakfast buffet as 2 * hotel is worth €10 as in 4 * hotel.   I really didn't have high hopes for this hotel, but I was pleasantlysuprised, the room was very roomy very clean, good location, andexcellent value for money, I would definately stay there again - Excellent location. Easy access to bus stations. Big room and bathroom. Excellent staff. Clean.
