The owner is exceedingly helpful. The rooms on the top floor (again at the front) are charming, what with the slanted ceiling underneath the roof. Wifi is fast and reliable. A couple of fine restaurants is nearby. For 99 euros per night, this is a great hotel in a city like Milan.
