  We really had a great experience with vip Venice. You have to meet the vip person at the dock and they take you to the apartment. When we first arrived we made a few mistakes with the boat and arrived about 45 minutes after we were supposed to. Just remember to bring rubber boots, since the courtyard floods at high tide just like St Marks square.
