The room was big , clean and confortable and nicely decorated. The
B&B is in the center of the city , there is no parking but you can
park in a parking very close to the hotel for 0.60€ per hour(night is
free of charge).extremely kind and helpful , very friendly , we had very
good breakfast with her , and she bakes lovely cookies :) , she made

would recommand this place to anyone going to Grosseto or near by. -
It's located in the 'old town' which is a small old walled
city, within the larger city. The pace is slow, relaxed and there's
a village feel within the walls. I don't think there are a lot of
english speaking tourists, and yet we had no trouble communicating with
only basic italian. Fuvia, the owner, is lovely and speaks perfect
english, although she is happy to give italian lessons! A lovely
stopover on the way from Tuscany to Rome.
