  The staff were so helpful at the desk. I accompanied my 84 yr old mother and we stayed 1 week. They helped with telephone numbers, train travel information, helped with internet connections and cancellations of flights and accomm in Rome due to change of itinerary.   The friendly front desk woman when we checked in was so welcoming. Her recommendation for dinner was excellent. She helped us unload our things and explained all about the parking alternatives.
