  Not bad location, close to friends, rather than centre. Clean and friendly, did not have breakfast so couldn't comment.   Very nice hotel with large parking and really good breakfast. Big supermarket is close to the hotel. Center is far but if you have car it will take 15-20 min to reach there. - Smart confortable room, very good restaurant, (good breakfast), excellent parking.

  Very good customer service by the reception staff particularly Chiara. Most of the time, she is manning the reception by herself and delivers excellent job professionally with friendly manner.   We stayed in this hotel for two nights. The location of this B&B is wonderful, just to the walking area, with lot of shops, cafes and restaurants. The rooms are very comfortable with style furniture and more of them with sea view. To the end of the breakfast, we got gifts, nucleases of purls with appendage of Jesus’s Mather Maria. There were very clean. The India - The Palace is the top floor of an appartment building, with elevator access. Amar, the Indian host is most obliging, with nothing being a problem. The breakfast is befitting the "Indian Palace" decoy of "extravagance", and the comfy, hospitable atmosphere. We had three enjoyable days with Omar, and will definitely return should we ever be in Milan again. The locality was perfect, for foot "sloggers". Thanks Amar.   Basically everything. The hotel is well decorated in an Italian style. Great location with many highstreet stores around and an McDonald's right across the street. It's very close to the bus and metro station and only about 15 minutes walk from the train station. Nice facilities. At breakfast the owner even made the tea for me alth - It is a kind of family run hotel. The staff is very friendly, they make you feel as at home. Vito give you all sort of suggestions for things to visit, what to do and where to go. I stayed in a room with private bathroom; the room was big, confortable and clean with very good wifi connection. The location is excellent, just one block form Piazza di Ferrari, near de Porto Antico and the old town. The train station (G. Brignole) is just 10 min walk where you can reach Camogli, S.   The view of the Port from the room and the terrace is incredible. The location is just across the Port and Aquarium. The room is a good size and the bathroom is big. The bed is comfortable especially loved the beddings, so luxurious. Reno, the owner was incredibly nice. We were coming in late and he called to make sure we are Ok. U - Reno and Diego are amazing hosts, making us feel welcome from the first minute, giving us tips and suggestions for sightseeing as well as a few very good restaurants that we got to try. The B&B is very cosy, comfortable and clean, we got upgraded to a room with a terrace and the view was really nice. The breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh fruit salad. The location could not be better, very close to all major attractions in Genova. Overall, we would recommend this place to anyone

Easy to - The concierge Gloria was most helpful. When my son missed his flight she was very comforting and provided a room for the next night with no problem. The hotel was within walking distance to great shopping and a fantastic and reasonably priced restaurant. The breakfast was outstanding as were the shower and beds. I also appreciated the free drive from the airport to the hotel as taxis are outrageously expensive.
