  friendly staff and locaton of hotel - The hotel staff really nice and friendly, location of the hotel, the breakfast was really good (the best of 10 hotels I stayed in Italy), the room was really nice!   The hotel was new, fresh and clean. The location was perfect for the old port area in Genua and the hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a typical American continental breakfast -- in other words quite boring, but that is the only complaint we have. - Right in de middle of the centre.
