Steff was verry nice and gave us a lot of details about unknown side of the city. Room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, good location, rooms, flexibility. The common room is a good place. Electrical sockets, poor (or rather no ) wifi. There is no lift to the second floor so we were very exhausted to bring up our baggage. The reception girl doesn't help us... She just told "sorry", and told us that there is no wifi inside the room. Some lights cannot be turned on.
