  The staff at this hotel was fantastic. They were so welcoming, warm and anxious to make sure their guests were made to feel at home and valued. The rooms were wonderful--brand new and beautifully decorated. There was a lovely restaurant with outdoor seating for a romantic last night dinner before we left for home. The - The staff was quite accommodating. We had decided to return our rental car the night before so not to hassle with it the morning of the flight. The staff set up the free shuttle to return us to the hotel and take us to the airport the next morning (15 minutes each way). The restaurant was very good and wait staff (many family members who also own the hotel) were very friendly, polite and offered anything we wanted to eat either on or off the menu.   距离米兰机场近 - The shuttle response was excellent. They arrived 10 mins after we called them from the airport. The staff was so friendly and helpful.The next morning at 5:45am for our 6:00am departure, we were greeted by a smiling, beautifully made up woman, who served us a great cappucino and apple cake.
