  The staff were so helpful and friendly, in particular Stephaine the attention to detail was superb in every aspect of the hotel. The room, in particular the natural light, was great. the room was modern with walk in wardrobe with vanity dresser and the bed linen was so soft such a comfortable bed brillant nights sleep. From chrissie on reception to jack in the Bert's!! We had an absolutely great time, was upgraded to the Heaney suit, on our next return I will defiantly be having this room. I'm getting engaged soon and I'm seriously considering using your hotel for the occasion. Thank you and all your staff for such a memorial experience. You have a great team of people, MD

  Great place for a break, rooms where spotless and clean,with everything you would have needed in it . Very good choices and great size portions at breakfast and cooked to order. The room we stayed in was very modern and comfortable. Very good base to tour the giants causeway, Carrick-a-reid bridge, bushmills distillery and Portrush golf.

  The location was excelllent. The leisure facilities were brilliant. Most unexpected - usually a central location does not have leisure facilities as well. It was also good that breakfast was served until 11.00am at weekends. - Holiday Inn was easy to get to and we were received very well by courteous and competent staff.   1st of many visits to Belfast for business purposes,i brought my wife along this time as it was a fact finding visit for me and as i only had 2 meetings throughout 3 days within the area so i thought id make the most of getting away for a rest, she loved the staff, the hotel itself,and the indian restaraunt. When Iarrived home the next day I realised that I'd forgotten my jacket andKaren took the time to look for it and rang me telling me that she hadfound same. My 5yr old son and I went to see the wwe Wresteling at theOdysee and on checking out he had a great conversation with the girl onthe desk who knew all about wrestling.GREAT Staff
