Great staff, always friendly and helpful. Nothing was any trouble for them. Lovely small hotel, intimate. Geede greeted us with a lovely welcome drink and our room was decorated with rose petals in a love heart shape because of our wedding anniversary/honeymoon. Walking distance to central Ubud shopping and cafes, Yoga Barn, monkey forest and a lovely restaurant called Laka Lekke (we walked the laneway behind Monkey Forest) where I did a wonderful Bali cooking class and was so impressed, I took.
所有评语 » We stayed in this hotel for 9 nights as part of our honeymoon. Since we wanted to go around an wouldn't spend lot of time at the hotel we were looking for a nice decent hotel which is clean and has reasonable price. This hotel was all we were looking for. We booked the standard room. The room was nice clean but had a view towards the wall (nothing to complain). There were some more pricy rooms with better view available as well. The staff were friendly and available at any time. Breakfast was . We opted for the deluxe/superior room which I think was a great move. You are on the first floor with some nice views. The room and adjoining bathroom is huge. Great light from all the windows in the bedroom but a little dark in the bathroom. Lovely gardens and only a 10 min walk to monkey forest. Bars and restaurants are just outside the front of the place but the busier part of Ubud is about 20 mins walk or 5 min taxi. We organised a bike and boat tickets though them and all worked out perfec. Very nice hotel with good quality services. Very good breakfast, helpful staff, great massage in house. Wifi everywhere, even in the room (rare in Bali). The rooms at the 1st floor of the bungalows are astonishing with big widows and nice balcony where they serve you breakfast. Next to the Monkey Forest, but at 25 min. walk from the center, nit a real problem, as they have a boy on the staff who drives you in and back anytime you want (just ask). The swimming pool is clean though not too big, . Beautifull quiet location back off the main street. Gardens where immaculate and the pool was an oasis. Rooms where clean with very comfortable bedding. Deluxe was huge with a large balcony and bathroom. linen was clean and breakfast very fresh and tasty. Staff where very helpfull and friendly and we found the massage services excellent. Supermarket 5 min walk away and good money change across the road and free shuttle bus into main street of ubud near the markets. the privacy of the rooms and the breakfast choice, and the staff were very accommodating when we arrived . our allocated room was next door to a building site . it was downstairs and a little dark . We decided to pay the extra money to upgrade and it was a wonderful room large with very comfortable balcony , full of light . it was worth the upgrade. If you a staying a few days and you want a fabulous room take this one. We took my elderly mother to experience Bali this trip so stayed in 4 different hotels across Bali. Tunjung Mas was by far the most preferable we stayed at. The service was excellent, they went out of their way to make sure, we had what we needed, nothing was to hard, free shuttle to markets etc , when it suited us. Umbrellas when it rained. A helping hand where ever they could and always friendly communication. Lovely room, full of light. Construction next door, but only from 7 am to 6 pm. Great daily choice of breakfast, served at the room or near the pool and garden. Staff could simply not do enough. Great massages offered on-site. Everything incredibly well-kept. Car service to the centre of town, but only 12-min. walk. Location perfect - quieter than centre, but close to great restaurants and Coco Mart... Excellent staff they all went out of their way to make us comfortable. Massages were great, the grounds are beautiful and the pool is lovely. Emmacualte and magical loved it. Staff were excellent while trying to organize an Australian visa we sent over 11 page and they didn't charge nothing was too hard for them. Eh spoke of the Australian embassy for my mothers in law. Very very helpful thank you. Amazing place for relaxation and for yoga (just 3 min from Yoga Barn). Wonderful staff: you feel reassured and taken care of. I asked to bring to my room additional lamps, flowers and incenses (because I was waiting for my fiance), and then did it! A very good room with a beautiful view to the palm trees, isolated and in the city center in the same time... This was the best hotel we had in our 4 weeks trip. The deluxe room is amazing with your own little garden. They bring you great breakfast right there in the morning. There is a nice pool, free wifi, and great friendly staff. I highly recommend them. I even rented the scooter through them for no extra charge. Fantastic staff & location, walking distance to town centre, eating places etc. The management provides free shuttle service to Ubud town area & also to the museums nearby. Special thanks to Mr. Gede from the management who made our stay a wonderful one. best stay we had in Bali even though it was only one night. the staff was really friendly, the room clean and the bed wonderful! The pool is perfect for a relaxing swim after dark. Really enjoyed our stay here and wished we would have stayed longer. Excellent breakfast served right in your private garden (each room has a private garden). Very friendly staff. Location is a short walk from the center of the village. All restaurants and 24hours shops around. Basically everything was really good!!! I really suggest to book a hot stone massage...beautiful and relaxing! Breakfast was very limited and basic (but it was included for free and brought to our balcony) We would have liked a fan in our room so the air con didn't have to be on all night. The air conditioner was a bit noisy. The towels were old and there were some stain on some of them. However they were clean. I think it's time for the hotel to invest on new set of towels. Be aware that the restaurant only serves breakfast. But no worries there are lot o good restaurants around the hotel. 20 min walk north to the busier street on the one way but plenty of bars and restaurants 2mins away. Bathroom would benefit from stronger lighting. Bathroom could do with a little spruce up (tidy up tiling around bath and get a plug that fits bath). Small things but would improve things nicely. The bed was noisy, very disturbing when you sleep with the baby in the same room. although i dont watch much tv i did find the reception was bad and no english chanels but i dont go on holiday to watch tv anyway. restaurant was only open for breakfast which was a shame because it was a beautiful and peaceful place to eat beside the pool and with its water feature. Building noises for 3 sides, but this seems to be eveywhere in Bali .... I did not like the downstairs rooms because i love light in my room. The only negative was the wifi, they have two systems and when down in the rooms it is different to the Lobby, the internet tries to keep joining the other system and cancelling out the other.In the Lobby it was fantastic. Not much to complain about at all. No English speaking tv channels. Construction area quite in front of my room door - horrible noise from 7 a.m.! Poor lighting in the room in the evening, no swimming pool to swim. No English Tv channels. None. No toilet washing hose in any toilet. Beds were hard Rooms were clean on the surface, but required a more thourough cleaning (bedspread had stains, light switches were dirty) Air conditioning kept room comfortable at approx 20degrees but was unable to keep up if curtains were left open and sunshine allowed in during the day. Slow internet - doesn't works in the room. Poor breakfast. Have only Balinese coffee (no expresso). Didn't bother to eat there anything except breakfast which was included in price (30 eur/day). They did not advice us that the building next our room was under restructuring! So the workers started to make big noises early in the morning! It did not annoying us too much cause fortunately, for them, we are a morning couple!!! :). During our stay, the neighbor is under construction, thus, it's very noisy in early morning. The only thing is that there is some construction just beside, so around 7:30 in the morning there is a lot of noise. Building next door, quite loud and early of a morning. Construction site in a neighbouring hotel wakes you up and doesnt really allow you to stay by the pool. Unfortunately the hotel can not influence it, so it is a bit of shame. Nevertheless we ended up spending the whole days outside, so we didnt really mind in the end. The windows (esp in the top floors) have leaks, so make sure to check for mosquitos. When we told the staff they were more than happy to fix it though. Apart from the noise it would be a very lovely hotel to stay in. Our room window overlooked the neighbouring buildings pure wall. It was 1m close, there was not much to see. It was not a great problem though, as we spent most of our time in the city. Walls are very thin, you can hear every noise of your neighbours. bed bugs!. Nothing I can think off. There is building work next door but really isn't a problem. no real coffee available construction noise next to my bedroom window but I know that is a temporary situation so that is ok would have been good if the hand shower could of had a higher wall attachment so as one could stand under the shower instead of hold and manipulate the shower. No bar around the hotel. No big thing. No English speaking tv channels. not so many kind of breakfast to choose. cereal as a breakfast option would be great but was still a good breakfast. the facilities are old. air conditioner and wifi don't work well in the superior room. the pillows and quilt are dark. The swimming pool look nice but the pool seem too small. The area for breakfast seem not big enough. Beside is under Renovation thus early morning a bit noisy. nothing. Towel quality very bad. The construction next door is really noisy from 8am. Loved everything about the place. its a bit too busy..... Bit of noise coming from construction site next door but should finish soon.
