  We were on holiday with an extended family of eight, all adults. Rooms were good and staff very friendly, especially the restaurant personnel. Ideal location to main shopping destinations. I also like that the facilities is almost complete and very suitable for a family stay with the reasonable price.   We liked everything else, bedorrm was nice and by the swimming pool, very stress releasing experience as far from the hussle of Denpasar - The hotel staff was very helpful, first time stayed at this hotel but felt like home....will come back again next time.

  We were not pleased at all with the way they did their accounting. We paid a deposit for extra hours to stay the next day. Then after lunch with we askedto put on the account rhey chased us twice for money while asleep at the door also by phone.   The Hotel is beautiful overall and room is comfortable and overlooking the garden. We enjoyed our stay. However there is a lot of mosquitos at night and my friend was unable to sleep due to the mosquitoes. After spraying the whole room many times then it was better.
