  The staff are brilliant and the new pool is amazing with many facilities (hammocks/spas/swim-up bar/waterslides/sand beach etc). The location is great, right on the beach, away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta but close enough to walk to both Kuta and Seminyak. The food is great, and the cocktails are delicious! Right on the beach with a vehicle free path seperating the resort from the beach. Size of the room was big and we only had the standard basic room. Cable TV. Walking distance to Mozzerella. Just next door to the Padma yet so much cheaper and in my opinion a nicer pool area.

  My friends and I made our way to the hotel with the least expectations considering the price we paid for our stay at Jocs Boutique Hotel. We checked in not expecting too much from the hotel. We stayed in a deluxe room with 2 massive beds. There was plenty of room in there and everything was fresh and cleaned daily. Location was excellent. Everything you need is at your door step and its just a short walk to the beach. Great coffee across the road. We didn't have breakfast included, but this was no problem, as there was plenty of cheap places to eat very
