The bungalows are located at the south-west side of the island, a five minute bike ride away from the restaurants and shops. On walking distance (around 200 meters) there's a quiet beach, but the more popular beach is at the south-east corner of the island. The bungalows are clean and there's a large garden. There are only 3 rooms and not many other hotels around, so it is a very peaceful setting. Some parts of the road can be quite dark at night, so you might need a flashlight. (The owner can .

Nice bungalows Quiet location - private but only a short easy walk to the harbour on the eastern part of the island and also to the southern coast where you can watch the sunset. Lovely garden Drinking water provided - hot or chilled. They can also arrange snorkeling trips etc. A very nice and quiet place. Perfect for a family with small children. Located in the middle of the island among the local people was a very good experience for us. The staff was very freindly and very helpfull. All in all a very nice place. The place is very clean and nice. They clean the room every day and give you for free bikes to go along the island. There is free cold and hot water facility at the garden patio. The owner is very friendly and will help you with everything. Great stay! It is basic as is the budget. dont stay if looking for hotel. It gives you real feel of village living. Slightly away from the beach(okay thanks to free bikes). Can be difficult to find your way home at night without a torch. They don't serve breakfast. Would be hard to find at night. a bit far from the main street. all was good!. Some power issues and ac did not cool consistently. No hot water per say but workable as the island temps are so hot. It was a little inland with a long overgrown path towards Zila village. Very hot and airless. Small concrete room which retains heat. No beach access. No facilities, just somewhere to sleep. Could be lonely and boring. Bad odours form surrounds and shower area is very basic but at least gets fresh air and light into it. No hot water, tap only has ocean water. Airco is pointed at the bed so be careful not to catch a cold, also since the bed has no blanket but only a sheet. Bathroom smells horrible. Bad wifi. You can get much better places in gili air with tv, fridge, hot water and breakfast included for the same price!.
