The staff was excellent! They could not have been more helpful or accommodating. The room was spacious and very clean. I thought the location was great and the food in the restaurant was excellent. Thank you to Anand and everyone else at the hotel for making my stay a memorable one!. Good location, comfortable stay, near the holy river and the Ghats. Great food at the restaurant. We enjoyed the 1,5 day trip that manager organized at hotel desk - it might be more expensive but worth the money as our guide was the best while in India.
所有评语 » Starting from reception to up the kitchen, from boss to the waiters all the staff were very friendly,helpful and attentive. It was clean and tidy. Food was delicious.. The rooms were clean, a reasonable size. Beds were very comfy by India standards! Window could be opened. Staff were courteous and efficient but not over bearing. Hotel is close to the Ghat's on the Ganges River. Clean hotel. Good food. Value for money. Offer day tour to see the highlights of Varanasi. Its near to the ghats and priced reasonably well. Very clean and tidy room. Above expectation really. Very friendly staff too. + Kind, helpful, professional staff + Clean room, clean hotel + Smart interior + Restaurant on roof terrace + Close to ghats. Wonderful, cheerful and helpful staf; great location, easy to find for tourist and locals; nice inner decoration; tasty food. Staff very helpful and friendly. Fitments are new and very good. Prices are reasonable. location is good. few minutes walking from Assi ghat. the room was comfortable and clean (indian standard). The restaurant is good and the staff was very friendly, thats rar in varanasi. The reception staff were excellent and also the restaurant. 20m walking from the "old city", so location is good. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good restaurant. cheap rate. Location. They missed to pick up at the airport. Be careful with offered shop of silk factory: we bought a dress made of silk but received synthetic and they sew on a basic way. Towels in the room were worn off, needs renewal. Breakfast was not very good. Eggs and toast only option. I do not eat eggs so just toast for me! Would expect an Indian option too? Also there was no lift. Hot water was a 5 min wait (minor). -Wi-fi is weak or sometimes not available at all in the room. Wifi unstable in room but smooth in the roof top restaurant; satellite TV signal was poor and sometimes hard to watch but you can ask the hotel to fix it. Food can improve. Room should have some horizontal surface for petty storage. There is virtually nil. the staff mainly want to sell you anything. I got the pickup at the airport for 500INR and first thign they told me when I arrived at the hotel was that it was a courtesy and if I wanted to be taken back to the airport they would charge 750INR. also they did insist to pay this cash....while they let me pay the hotel with CC. We change the hotel after one night because it's far away from the ghats and the old city. But the hotels with ganges view are very expensive, unclean and unfriendly staff. The owner.he runs the travel desk and literally pounces on you as soon as you get through the door.over pushy and really rips you off.very rude and over powering.suggest you book trips elsewhere.he needs to attend a hotel management course! One of the rudest person I have met while touring India.i would recommend not to stay here. Breakfast and restaurant were not good. To get hot water you have to call the reception. And you usually don't get it with the first try. City tour is expensive, driver don't speak english at all and they push you silk too much with inadequate prices. Do not use the travel desk, their package is nothing. Only the evening ganges is good. City tour is 40min, sarnath very short the driver wanted us to hurry and we couldnt see what we wanted. Way too over priced. Terrible. No drinking water, hot shower was unavailable, credit card was unacceptable, wi-fi connection was very weak and slow. Staff asked me to check out 1 hour earlier because next guests were waiting.
