Nice and comfortable stay for second time. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Always loved the theme n comfort of the hotel. Would definitely come back ovr next visits to delhi

Absolutely comfortable and great value for money. Pleasing ambiance, adequately spaced rooms and cleanliness maintained all over. Staff - right from the admin level to the humble bell boy were curtious, polite and helpful.

Some of the staff really helpful and friendly, but there are few intolerable . Food is good quality and quantity.
Too strong lemongrass smell in lobby hard to breath. Lighting in the rooms and toilets not enough.
The hotel is small, comfortable, very stylish and clean. The food for room service is absolutely delicious. Very good location, when you know the area.
A little too much noise as it is located right in the big street. The breakfast is poor. Communication with staff was not very satisfying for me. Nothing in particular, everything is "according to the procedure". Not hotel approach in my opinion. Not good enough to go back there. Internet paid, but is not working in the room at all. Very inconvinient.
Clean and Nice
Staff is not friendly, I had to leave from hotel earlier than I expected but management or staff was not flexible with that. Poor Breakfast. Location is far from city center
Only the location
The employer where too much bad and also the rooms was too much noisey and you can her all the sound from the street in your room and the food from room service not clean. So i do not recommend this hotel to eney body to stay in this hotel .
the bed was comfortable.
the room service was ridiculous. the tea kettle did not work nor was it replaced. A/c had an issue although it was repaired later. they charged an additional INR 500 rs for an extra magnetic key which i have never heard or seen any other hotel charge. I highly recommend you not recommending this hotel on your website.
