  the staff were very helpful n efficient. location was excellent. the morning buffet spread was very expansive too. - The hotel was clean and comfortable. The hotel is well connected with metro, bus and trams and commuting was easy. I would stay in this hotel again if I visit Budapest again.

  About the hotel: The services they describe on the internet are exactly the ones that you will get, so I would recommend to stay here. It is clean and you have everything you want in the apartment: AC, Wi-Fi, TV, etc... I asked for a parking spot and as I was told before it was reserved for me (15 Euros). It was well equipped with all the kitchen stuff as well as a CD-player, DVD-player, washing machine, dishwasher, a bathroom with a bathtub as well as nice, modern, adequate furniture and comfortable beds. There was a balcony in the courtyard and there were even some DVD-films that you could use.   We stayed over a long weekend. Since our room was having the window to the interior yard, we heard no noise coming from outside so could enjoy relaxing evening after visiting the city.   Everything was great! Location just of Andrassy street with alot of shopping and café's and restaurants. Also alot of really amazing restaurants just around the corner at the square List Ferenc (not sure of the name) Reza was an incredibly nice host and gave us tips on where to go and what to see. The system overbooked and even though this was not the fault of Luxury Downtown Apartments, the owners integrity was transparent in calling us in person to provide a solution was the most anyone has ever done to provide a service over and beyond the level I expected..
