We had a wonderful time at the apartments although it was so short - a
weekend break only.the apartment is designed in an Italian style-
everything is perfectly matched. The kitchen full-equipped. The bed,
which is very comfortable situated on the second level of the apartment
together with a big wardrobe.The bathroom is really big and tastefully
arranged.On top of that, the owner. The Italian man who is in love with
Budapest, always ready to help you. I almost forgot, On our arrival we

Location, Maurizio is fantastic, kind and helpful. Apartment located in the backyard, therefore NO traffic and street noise!!! (Neither view, but who cares) very generous welcome drink like a bottle of wine, beer, water, fanta, coffee, of course for free! The apartment is fully equipped, modern furniture, comfortable, super bed, full wall mirror next to the bed (for couples ;) bathroom was our favourite. Well adjustable heating system. Felt like being at home! The apartment is HIGLY recommend.
From the moment that the owner mailed us to confirm the booking we felt comfortable with everything. Maurizio gave us advice on what to avoid at the airport, how to get into town and even brought us back to the airport for less than any other taxi service.
The apartment is tastefully furnished, maximising the space perfectly and in a wonderful building with stately courtyard.
The location is perfect and we enjoyed every minute of our stay in Budapest.

The owners where very friendly to us. The welcome drinks where very welcome. Apartments are excellent, tastefully designed, modern fresh but warm. They did a great job! The location is perfect in the center of the ‘Pest side’ of Budapest. Lots of restaurants and bars in the neighborhood, and of course the Spar for the late night snacks and drinks. Secure parking is one minute away. We had a great stay!!.
The apartment was beautifully designed and appointed. Everything was immaculate. It felt like being in a 5 star hotel. The owner Mr. Lorito was very accommodating and gracious. I will definitely be back anytime i am in Budapest. This apartment is not to be missed. Best value for money in my opinion. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Budapest.
EVERYTHING about this apartment was superb. Maurizio from the moment I booked kept in touch with me and was very helpful before and during our stay. The apartment was beautiful and spacious. Extremely friendly and helpful owner. Very clean en completely furnished and equipped apartment in a super location. From here all of the centre of Budapest is within easy reach. I can highly recommend this apartment to everyone and if I visit Budapest once more, I will certainly book this apartment again.
Unfortunatelly me and my wife spent only one night in these amazing appartments, but I will return for sure.
The owner is amazing guy from Italy who really understand the meaning of word "service" . We got a bottle of wine and spent an amazing day there.

The apartment matched the pictures. It's tastefully decorated and quite spacious. Maurizio, the manager, was very hospitable.The bottle of wine plus beer and soft drinks in the fridge were a nice touch. And so was the washing machine.
Beautiful, well equipped, newly converted loft style apartment with brand new kitchen & huge bathroom. Bedroom on a mezzanine level.Very welcoming host who couldn't have done more for us. Great, central location.
The apartment we rented was very up to date and clean. The very affable Italian owner was very prompt to meet us at the apartment for both check-in and check-out and was eager to make our stay enjoyable.

Very clean and comfortable apartments, amazing bed :) 7 minutes walk from metro station, 10-15 minutes from Deak Ferenc ter. Lots of cafes and bars.
