  We liked everything about this guest house. Our apartment was perfect with lounge, self catering facilities, separate bedroom and modern bathroom. ..all cleaned every day.Our balcony overlooked the beautiful garden, pool and surrounding hillsides. Nafplion centre is a short drive or 15 min downhill walk. Karathona, a beautiful sandy beach is nea - A very relaxing and peaceful place to stay. Sofia made us feel very welcome and, as we didn't hire a car, kindly picked us up and took us back to the bus station. It is a fair walk down into the town but we enjoyed the views and the exercise was needed after all the delicious Greek food! We would happily return to Nafplio, it's a lovely old city with great cafes to watch the world go by.

The hotel is 5 minutes from Areopolis by car where one can shop, eat, walk in the traditional village. The hotel has lovely verandas and one can sit outside, as well as effective airconditioning if it is too hot outside. We had an appartment with a vert well wquiped kitchen. The owner was very helpful with information about the area.

  The rooms were very nice. The staff was very helpful, and the restaraunts were very good. It was within walking distance of the site, but it was a long hill to climb to get back to the hotel. - Probably one of our very best hotel experience in Greece: clean, easy to park, friendly and efficient staff, very good food, very good value for money !

  The manager and her daughter are so customer-friendly - approachable and go out of their way to help you! The location is ideal - on the water with a private beach (no one used it while I was using it) and still had a pool. The room was great - overlooking the pool and out towards the sea. I was greeted with freshly squeezed OJ and a piece of cake - greatly appreciated! - Everyone in the hotel were polite and always ready to help us. We felt as if we were staying in their home. Great hospitality! The quality of the breakfast and the food-snacks in general was beyond expectations. Everything was home made and prepared at the time of the order. They are big, we had a room with a queen bed, 2 bathrooms and a huge kitchen / dining rooms with 3 sofas which become quite big single beds. You can order breakfast from a list and they bring it to the apartment the morning after at the time you want, this is great. Extremely friendly and genuinly welcoming staff. Wonderful surroundings and perfect location for visiting Mystras and Sparta.   Hotel with beautiful design you would not expect in a p,ace the size of Sparta. Relatively but very well equipped rooms. And the only one of the 3 business hotels in the centre of Sparta with a (modest) swimming pool. If you are lucky there is still some street parking left in front of the hotel. Now, with the recent renovations modernizing the rooms, we were even more pleased. It's classy, peaceful, and perfectly located in Sparta. We will continue to stay here every time we visit relatives in Sparta.
