We had a wonderful week's stay at Maria Suites in Platanias Crete. The room is kept very clean with towels and sheets changed regularly. The pool is of a good size and also kept very clean and there are plenty of sun beds. I would say that the cooking facilities, one large and one small hob is fine for preparing breakfast but it is adventurous to try and cook on this for the evening meal. The apartments are very well situated in a quiet area and its only a two minutes walk down the hill to the .
所有评语 » Everything. The apartment was really spacious, being able to store and prepare food in the kitchen was superb, the pool was beautiful and the design of the suites ingenious. The shower was strong, the air con great and the two balconies brilliant. Plus Maria herself was the very best of hosts, a lovely lady. We cannot wait to return - this was one of the best holidays we have had - we were able to totally relax and that was in large part due to how lucky we were to stay at Maria Suites. It's a lovely place situated in a quiet part of Platanias but still close to centre and 5 minutes walking from a nice beach. Very nice, comfortable rooms, balconies on the both sites of the rooms. Maria - the owner was very friendly and helpfull. We liked the place a lot and would definitely recommend it for staying in Crete. Location was great; just above the main strip on the hill, over-looking the town. Close to shopping and restaurants. Pool was excellent. Staff was excellent, very accommodating, and very friendly. Rooms are great for extended stays with small kitchenettes. Perfect place to get away. Will recommend and stay again!. We really enjoyed our stay at Maria's appartments. The rooms are well equiped and clean. The appartments are nice situated in a quiet part of Platanias - only three minutes from the more lively 'center'. Maria is very helpful and has always an eye on the well-being of her guests. This is very good located apartament, just 2-3 minutes from the center, with a beautiful pools (one is for children), sea view and palms.Very clean and confortable rooms.Maria and Yannis are very friedndly and helpfull. We realy enjoy our stay in Maria Suites. Nice and quiet apartment hotel, in Old Platanias. Short walking distance to beach, shopping and restaurants. Swimming pool, very close to restaurants, market and town centre. Nice little kitchen in the room. Tranquil atmosphere. is in the best location in platanias. There wasn't anything I didn't like. The only thing that would have made it better would have been to be able to slot the two singles together into a proper double, without a ridge in the middle. But it was fine! And otherwise there was nothing we didn't like. Main room was a tight squeeze between the bed frames and the wall, but it was manageable. Great overall. Personally I would have apreciated some more comfortable relaxing chairs on balcony. There are no shower curtains for the shower, which was odd for me, but nothing I couldn't deal with. - Bath room is very small and uncomfortable, shower without curtain in consequence all the bath room gets drenched - They change bath towels and even bath mat every 2 days not every day though usually clean bath towels are necessary after sun-bath at beach. the tv didn't work properly they were no shelves in the closet.
