I liked everything about it! It's almost like I don't want to say too much because I was so positively surprised by how we were taken care of. I've never had a better hotel experience (even at fancy places), and it felt like staying with a nice Greek family. FYI: don't get a taxi at the port, but look for the Hotel Grotta van, they pick you up. Or you can simply walk a little ways away from the ferry (we came by ferry) and look up to your left.   THis was an amazing place to visit. Very clean, rooms spacious and loved the balcony overlooking the pool. The location is PERFECT. 5 minute walk to beach and city (chora) centre. You are in walking distance of beach side restaurants and the beach. Naxos is beautiful and i would stay here everytime!!

  Helpful, friendly staff and the pick up service from the ferry really helped. The staff gave good recommendations on places to visit, helped with car rental, drinking water, and walking to town. Altogether a good place to stay.
