we stayed on the 1st floor the room was great and the balcony for breakfast was wonderful she even supplied us with a fan when we did not want to use the airconditioning, we did not know the use of a laptop came free of charge. there was even a drying rack on the balcony for us to use to dry our clothes which we were able to wash in the kitchen sink. Silvia was great, nothing was trouble she provided a sense that there was always someone to help out should the need arise. The apartment was serviced daily and clean towels and linen provided. The sense of space provided by the apartment and the balcony to sit out on. After seeing where our friends were staying we were even more grateful.
所有评语 » Silvia is wonderful and welcoming, and will go out of her way to help you. The apartment was very comfortable, everything worked, and it was cleaned very well every day. We stayed in the top apartment which had a fantastic view of the harbor and mountains. It was also very, very quiet up there on the top. It was the most beautiful location in Chania,matched by the mostbeautiful of hosts, Silvia. She went out of her way to make my stay themost memorable,so far and I wish further guests the best ofintentions,also to choose to stay in this unique and special part of theworld and Chania.Everything was perfect. Mrs Sylvia (the owner) is a very warm and welcoming person, the studio is comfortable, clean and on a very nice location in the old town of Chania. Very quiet too. It was the perfect choice and I hope to stay there again. Very nice apartment,the view from our balcony was stunning.Silvia had little added touches on our arrival which were very welcoming as she was.It was a wonderful experiance to stay there and wished it could of been for a much longer time.The hotel is very well situated close to the harbour and its many tavernas. Our third floor apartment was serviced every day and we had a lovely balcony with sight of the harbour and views over the rooftops to the mountains. Excellent value for money in charming Chania. The owner of Silde (Sylvia) is very friendly, helpful, and the studios are absolutely perfect. A great place to relax in some style without breaking the bank!. The studio was very clean and beautifully restored in a old house, very nice balcony on top floor. Silvia, the hostess, was very friendly and helpful. Excellent location in a quiet and scenic street. The location is perfect to see the old town. the harbour and the shops of Chania. We booked just an overnight stay as a side trip during a two week holiday in Crete. Sylvia is a credit to the Greek reputation for hospitality. We loved the attention to detail and the genuine welcome. Our short visit to Chania will be remembered for a long time. These studios are self-catering, but do have housekeeping once a day. Very clean and in a fabulous location. Fairly basic, but definitely comfortable. Chania Old Town is noisy at night more of a fact than anything else and not a problem with the apartments, it was something I expected having looked into the area. No,other than knowing"you pack the heavy bag,you.ve got to think to lugthe heavy bag up the stairs!" Not Silde's problem,ours.Travel light forthe night,my advice.I stayed in the second floor apartment. There are only stairs. This was no problem for me except on arrival and departure with my heavy bag. slightly too hard bed. Air conditioning did not work well. You need to add the precise mapping of the hotel, roote to the place and parking place. i liked central location in Chania. No lift, and shower/toilet area small.
