The staff was amazing and were willing to accommodate all of our requests. The hotel was beautiful and extreme clean. It's location is perfect. It's in the heart of Old Town but far enough away from the waterfront so that it's not so loud at night. The breakfast was delicious. If you're looking for the authentic Cretan experience, this is the place to stay!. Wonderful staff. Wife had dental problem and Anastasia quickly arranged visit to her doctor, who was not expensive by North American standards. Superb location near port and old Venetian fort. Good restaurants nearby- within easy walking distance. Breakfast very good. Excellent value.
