This is probably the most fabulous hotel we have ever stayed in anywhere in the world The hotel is so interesting Each room is different The design is over the top The entire property is amazing Our room was an absolutely stunning suite The spa was intimate, serene and elegant The rooftop sun deck provides the visitor with the best view of the Chania harbor The breakfast is served in a breathtaking atrium and is fantastic Presentation is visually arresting Everything is homemade and organic Abs.
所有评语 » The staff were amazing - incredibly friendly and helpful, and helped create a very relaxed feeling in what is a pretty grand space. We were upgraded to one of the suites which left us feeling stunned - we had 2 floors of exquisite decor and facilities, and we just could not believe our good fortune. The suite also had it's own terrace with incredible views over Chania's Venetian port. The breakfast was superb - you certainly won't need lunch - the yoghurt, in particular, was the best I've ever . We were upgraded on our arrival and were just overwhelmed by the size and design of the room. Absolute luxury. The hotel is private and the courtyard is a welcome site at the end of a hot day of site seeing. We had to leave early and staff organized an early breakfast for us which did not expect. Great staff, beautiful hotel. Will be staying here again if we get back to Chania Town. The ladies at reception were delighful, warm and friendly and very helpful offering advice about places to visit, where to eat etc. etc. The room was decorated with traditional decor, treats on arrival as well as bed turndown at night. Wonderful breakfast with good coffee and eggs cooked to order!. The staff at Casa Delfino are wonderful - attentive, helpful and friendly without being intrusive. The facilities are spotless and in an absolutely charming building and location. A really special small hotel. The personal service and friendly approach from all the staff was excellent. This pretty boutique hotel is an oasis in the hustle and bustle of Chania yet within 30 minutes of excellent beaches. Lovely property and beautiful rooms. The staff was very attentive. Everything - room, breakfast, staff, town, beach,. The history and construction. Nothing not to love. nothing to complain about. Due to the location within the old town of Chania, parking was limited and a 5 minute walk from the hotel. This is unavoidable. Nothing!. The newer rooms on 2 levels have the bathroom downstairs ...not wonderful in the night if you have to get up ....but the following day we were offered 2 alternative rooms...and moved in and were extremely happy. spa not available on a walk-in basis; however, staff was very helpful in trying to get an appointment but much later than I wanted. There was some noisy construction going on inside and outside the hotel, and the noise started very early. three flights of stairs - no lift in this part of the hotel, would've been very difficult if less mobile poor air-con shower tray overran with water during each use. Leaking shower onto bathroom floor. Could do with some artwork to soften the sitting area in the room. Safe did not work properly. Rooftop garden was a bit barren. The lack of parking facilities BUT this is the same for all the hotels in the old part of Chania and there are free car parks 5 min walk away. steep stairs. decor was a bit dated expensive. water were never hot enough. The hammam was cold.
