  Mr. Argiris, the hotel manager/owner was very attentive and willing to help us in everything. They have a shuttle service (not free though, but reasonable) to take you into town, where ever you want to go. He also suggested where to go first.   Memories is such a lovely hotel, great staff, great pool, great view right opposite the beach. The rooms all have ocean veiws and are very clean and new. I really enjoyed my stay at memories and I will definately stay in contact with the reception girls, they were lovely. Highly recommend memories to anyone.

  staff were very friendly. The location is nice as only 15 mins walk to Fira. Restaurants are a lot cheaper than in Fira - The hotel is 15 minutes walk from the centre of Thira and 2 minutes walk to the bus stop (you can get to the beaches). Our room was nice and clean with spacious balcony.

  The staff, although they couldn't speak English very well were so friendly and very able to help us out in any way we needed. They cleaned our room every day and made it look nice and tidy, which was such a nice surprise. The room was very nice with a balcony, a refrigerator, air conditioning...   You can rent a car or an ATV or scooter directly from the hotel at very good prices. better prices than what I saw in Fira. The staff is great they were super friendly and helped us out with everything we needed.   Babis and his family are so very kind and helpful. For high season I think the value was excellent. Short walk into Fira was easy. Shuttle service into Fira on the hour was - This is the place! I can't quite describe it otherwise, but this place feels like "home." We received 5 star quality service as the owner who is also the concierge, receptionist, driver to many excursions, and the driver from and to the airport is always there when you need him! I honestly can't figure out how he does it. The rooms are clean, neat, and serviceable with a feeling and style from this island. Oh, and the wi-fi was very useful. Everything was great for us!
