Fantastic hosts, beautiful hotel, excellent food (be sure to eat dinner as well as breakfast in the restaurant!!!), immaculately clean, a wonderful family room with space for the kids, very child friendly, comfortable beds, good location for Rhine Falls, etc, and amazingly all NON-smoking!
