We had a lovely welcome from Sarah who took us to our room across the road. We were on the top floor and the space was perfect for our family- including 2 teenage sons, a daughter and ourselves. The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable. Very clean and user friendly. Nice place to chill and spend time. Rooms were a little hot (36 degrees outside) but we were give two big fans that did the trick. Fantastic location for europarc just 5 mins away. Sarah gave us superb recommendation for a lo.
所有评语 » If I were to go back to Europa-Park I will definitely stay in this guest house. The location, parking, and the room there was nothing I could disapprove. However, our hostess deserves a special mention. She is correct, helpful and above all always friendly and always smiling, even if it is just going slightly harder. The staff, in particular Sarah was very helpful. She assisted in purchasing train tickets and arranging transport to the train station. The pension is ideally located and a fair value for the money paid. I would certainly stay again. Location is perfect with close proximity to the Europa Park (5-10 minute walk). Many restaurants and shops within walking distance Free and secure parking inside the hotel Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. 10 minutes walking distance to Europa Park. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Free parking and a great free breakfast. The owner was from Canada and speaks English as well. Very clean, great location near Europapark. The owner was very helpful and gave great suggestions when asked about the area. Close to the local restaurants and other shops. Loved being greeted by Sarah. Very warm welcome, owner is absolutely very kind and provides good information about Europapark. Room large and nice. Ideal location for Europapark. -Very Clean -Close to the main attraction (Europa Park) -Owner very friendly and helpful. Pretty close to Europa Park, clean rooms, nice owners. Breakfast was very basic. We went in the summer so it was a bit hot in the room. Could use a couple of fans and a refrigerator....about the only thing I would change about this place. The pillows. No wifi. -Too close to the main road. Very poor soundproof, the breakfast is very modest.
