  Hotel is in a great location. Just a couple of blocks from the train station, shopping on Zeil Strasse, and an easy walk to Altstadt. The hotel staff spoke perfect English and were very helpful in looking up times and prices and helping us decide what to do. The reception staff had always a nice word, recommended something, took time, simply took care of their customer in a professional way. The room was excellent, nothing was missing, and everything worked.
