  The staff at this hotel were excellent! I especially liked the two girls(one from the Czech Republic and the other from Slovakia) that workedhere, as they both had great people skills.   This was the perfect place for our family to relax. The hotel provided a wonderful babysitter and our daughter was dissappointed when we hadn't booked her for the third day of our stay. The breakfast was extremely delicious with a great variety of breads, meats cheeses and spreads as well as fresh fruit and yoghurts. The coffee was one of the best I've had. The hotel is close to shops and transport and has free wi-fi which we discovered wasn't included in many other hotels we stayed in. A great place to stay and I'd definitely recommend it to others.

  Excellent location opposite the K-D ferry quay and it is definitely worth paying extra for a room with a river view balcony. Good choice at breakfast. - The staff; they were able to direct us to parking and had a place we could store our bikes. Also the hotel is in the middle of everything in Cochem.
