  We stayed at this hotel on our trip through to Italy. Good parking, a small but comfortable room and excellent breakfast. We ate at the Dalmatien Grill just across the road where the food was good and at a reasonable price. Konigswinter is around one mile away but an easy walk. Setting is right next to the Rhine and wonderful for relaxation also within walking distance of ferries (2km). The train/tram lines are about 1 km away. Would love to stay there again.   The area is very nice and quiet. It is ideal for hikers. The staff was very friendly. The hotel has a restaurant which can provide very tasty and good food (you do not need to worry about the amount of food :-) ).   This is a dream hotel for weekend with friends - great facilities, wonderful restaurants and bars, superb rooms and service. A perfect combination of old-fashioned style and modern comfort.   Excellent location and great value for money. - The lady at reception was very welcoming and helpful when we arrived. The double room we were given was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The location was ideal as it was close to the Christmas markets and a stone's throw from the main shopping street.
