  Location is outside of Dusseldorf, an easy 15 minute train ride into town. I don't know if this is a continuing program, but the hotel gave us passes for the rail/bus/subway system, saving us money unexpectedly. The hotel is quiet, despite being adjacent to the main rail line into the city - no problems with noise during the night. Big - The Haus Litzbrück is the perfect German countryside inn in the North Rheinland, but it is close to Düsseldorf and Köln, nearby beautiful forests for hiking. Anne, the owner, is so wonderful, and it's like living in a beautiful home. The food is absolutely fantastic. The photos and descriptions do not do the place justice. It is much more than it is made out to be!
