  The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The room is clean and well equipped.The nearby S-bahn train station is under construction, so it's better and more convenient to take tram to the hotel. And with the hot temps while we were there, the A/C came in handy. We would stay here again.

Although the location is close to the central station, it's in a rather dodgy area of town i.e. think night clubs, strip bars, but it was also just less than 10 minutes walking to Oktoberfest which was great.
