  Everything. Room was very large and clean and the staffs were extremly helpful. The location can be thought a bit distant from the city center, but it took no more than 10 minutes to the center by metro and the Thalkirchen station was very near the hotel(only 5 min walk from the hotel) - Staffs were prompt in their responses back to emails.   The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The room is clean and well equipped.The nearby S-bahn train station is under construction, so it's better and more convenient to take tram to the hotel. And with the hot temps while we were there, the A/C came in handy. We would stay here again.

  The hotel was smaller which made it nice and didnt have a really busy feel to it. Front counter staff were really nice and provided good info on the bus and trains. - There was a few english channels and a good movie channel always in english. the room was a really good size and the bed was good.
