Location is tops - close to the tran centre of town and many tourist sites. Brakfast was good. Visited 22/01/09. The hotel is nice, well situated, good quality. It was a little bit cold in the room, but it was not a serious problem.Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice restaruant/bar connected to hotel. Easy walk to train and Marianplatz. Location is very good.breakfast is very good and very nice breakfastroom.room is clean and for this price I am very satisfy.

Excellent breakfast was included in the price which was indicated as "American breakfast", but (luckily) turned out to be an extended continental breakfast.Room size, breakfest and restaurant service. very good breakfast. Location is near to Central Station where most bus trips leave and a tenminute walk to the city centre. The staff where very friendly.the location was good and breakfast was good, staff were co-operative, the free internet station was a real plus. the service and breakfest. Central location and easy to transport links. The shower seal were gone and it was tricky to shower without flooding the bathroom.too old-style. I wouldn't pay the full regular price for this hotel, but the deal I got was very good regarding value for money.One day receptionist was not really nice, some furniture is old. And I would say that it's more 3 star hotel then 4!. noisy street, cash payment required at checkout. no early check-in available, poor breakfast. Closing at midnight. I booked two double rooms but on the first night I was given only a biggish single and a double. The staff tried to pass the single off as a double?!!. It was an average hotel ...overated in stars! Other than the rooms and the restaurant no other space available. The shower head was broken. I asked to have it fixed but it wasn't fixed. Small shower cabin and hard beds. The internet and phone lines were down, did not mention that we had to pay with cash until the morning of. On a very busy and noisy street.Lack of services expected for a 4* hotel. Clean and warm. No parking and especially no a/c. too expensive considering that there was no breakfast included. i have spend another night in another hotel and it was cheaper, better location, included breakfast. No air conditioning. The hotel location is on a noisy street. When theweather is hot you have to open windows at night to get cool. You eitherget very hot in your room or put up with a lot of noise which makes itvery difficult to sleep. The facilities are limited and the rooms showedsigns of wear. This is a three star hotel similar to Travelodge orPremier Inn in the uk. Minimal faciliteis maybe but good value for money.its not 4 stars. This hotel is listed as a 4 star but with experience of 4 and 5 staraccomodation in Germany and other eu countries this hotel only merits 3stars. I feel it was incorrectly rated and should be investigated. Alsoclosing the hotel at midnight in a 4 star hotel is unheard of and havingno access to lift services after 12am, for guests, is wrong. No roomservice is something unheard of in a 4 star hotel and limited conciergeservices is also too poor for a 4 star hotel.The room was dirty and the "double" bed tiny... There was not reception during midnight and 7 a.m.
