Staff was exceptionaly helpful and courteous. I would like to commend one yourng gentleman, Routiele, head of staff on the 2nd floor. He was very helpful and went out of his way to be of service.
The central location with the S-Bahn-Trainstation directly under the reception of the hotel. Very nice re-decorated rooms.
Everything, particularly the location
Friendly staff and very clean and well presented rooms on the Executive Floor. The Executive lounge also had a pleasant atmosphere and was well stocked with drinks etc!
The showers don't have mixer taps, which is poor for a hotel of this level: lot's of messing around to get the temperature right!
Lovely spacious room, good rate
No bathtub in room - room was for a disabled guest and had shower seat, shower head quite low even at maximum as one guest was very tall.
Very good all round
Closeness to the city center, ease of getting around (subway underneath the hotel), easy trip to the ariport or trains stations.

we offer per internet - LetsBookHotel.com, two rooms, booking number 111165877, Pincode 1141, but on the side we had prepared only one room, it was very unpleasant situation.

location handy to airport and entrance is in the station. On a cold wet day this is lovely.

Location of the hotel is god , close to one subway station
The fitness centre very poor. The guests of executive loundge should be allowed to take the beakfast also at the first floor, why not ?
