The location was right near BMW's Munich complex (about a 10-minute walk) and the view from our room was pretty nice. The hotel staff was great - very friendly and offered suggestions of things to do while we were there. It was also nice that they were dressed in Oktoberfest garb.
The actual location and parking were a little difficult to figure out but once we did there weren't any problems.

1 - In case of dialing a free number (0800) from room telephone they charge 3 euro per call. 2 - No house keeping at night. 3 - No enough signs to go to hotel if going by Metro.
The room and facilities were comfortable and clean.
It was a little warem because of no air conditioning. Also it was a little hard to find because of the access to the hotel in a parking lot and there was a lot of construction going on near the entrance to the garage.
very convenient location for the olymiapark. We chose the hotel mainly for its location to the concert venue.
Finding the hotel was not very easy - the entrance is from a car park or through a side door.
Location - keep your eyes open for signs leading to the hotel parking!!! It's not really that hard to find it. Supermarkets, 3-4 bakers, post-office, restaurants etc. next to hotel. Metro 500m, huge park closeby. Clean room, XL bed, good breakfast. Hotel occupies 13th, 14th and 15th floor so keep that in mind if you don't like height. Excellent coffee machine at the hotel entrance!!!
We booked "superior double" but there was nothing superior regarding the size of it. We travel with a dog so the size of the room was a bit dissapointing. Also, not a single TV channel in English (apart from annoying promo-channel for their hotels)!!! Noisy street and BMW factory at night. Very warm breakfast room (had to ask to open some windows/doors).

They were not able to process my credit cards, because of problems with their system. However, they did not try hard enough to find a solution (they asked me to pay cash...), so I ended us using my debit card.

Reception staff very pleasant and obliging. Restaurant was comfortable, service good and a small, varied and good priced menu. Overall good value.

Breakfast extra price (but common meanwhile), toilet flush did not work properly, Internet should be included in accomodation price (8Euro per h), room was a bit smelling (wet/humid) despite open windows., outlook (o.k, can't change that one:)
