  I was lost and called the hotel for help.They came and picked me up and turned out my room I had booked was overbooked but basically upgraded my room for free. They were very friendly and helpful.   Our host Nasser was charming and very helpful. The apartment was extremely comfortable and located only a few minutes walk from the old town, public transport and a supermarket. It was also well appointed and spotlessly clean. We would happily return.
